1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GymMonster Telegram Mini App, bot and related services (the "Service"), operated by McDevLabs ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

GymMonster is a workout-tracking application that runs inside Telegram. It lets you log workouts, follow and build routines, watch exercise demonstration videos, track personal records and goals, and compare progress with friends on a leaderboard. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

3. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. Your account is tied to your Telegram account; you are responsible for activity that occurs under it. Keep your Telegram account secure.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Telegram's terms
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or its systems
• Upload malicious content or abuse other users (including via friend/leaderboard features)
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our permission

5. Premium subscriptions & payments

GymMonster offers a free tier and paid Premium plans:

• Monthly — 150 Telegram Stars (approximately $2.99), billed every 30 days.
• Yearly — 1500 Telegram Stars (approximately $29.99) for 365 days.

Prices in US dollars are approximate; the actual charge is in Telegram Stars and may vary with Telegram's exchange rate. All payments are processed by Telegram under its own terms. Premium unlocks features such as unlimited history, charts and analytics, Excel export/import, shareable progress cards and an ad-free experience.

Renewals & cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through Telegram. For billing questions or refunds, contact us or use the bot's /paysupport command. Refunds are handled in accordance with Telegram's Stars refund policy.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the workout data and content you create. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the Service for you (for example, generating charts and leaderboards). You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

7. Health disclaimer

GymMonster is a tracking and informational tool, not medical, fitness or professional advice. Exercise carries inherent risks. Consult a qualified professional before beginning or changing any training program. You use the Service and perform any exercises at your own risk.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its name, logo, design, software and exercise content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute it except as permitted by these Terms.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
